PAPER REINFORCED PHENOLIC
Natural(tan),Brown&Black.This grade is composed of a paper base impregnated with aphenolic resin binder. It has good electric strength properties with fair mechanical strength. Outstanding for use as template material, backup material and TubeLight End Caps. It is also used in High Voltage Switch Gears,SF6 etc. Laminates are also available. Our Grades are CPP101, CPP102 & CPP103.
COTTON FABRIC REINFORCED PHENOLIC
Natural (Light tan to brown) This grade is composed of a continuous cotton woven cloth impregnated with a phenolic resin binder. This grade contains a medium weave cotton fabric and is known primarily for it’s mechanical properties. This grade is not recommended for primary insulation.Our Grades are CPF103. Application for Bearings and Bushes, Bearing Housing,Gears,Rollers for Cable Industries,Back Up Ring for Packing and Mechanical Components.
